Description

This Aged Bolgheri Grappa was born in the Campo al Mare estate of Folonari, in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci. Steam distilled in copper boilers, it ages for at least 12 months in woods of different origins.

Clear amber in color, it has a broad and enveloping perfume with a strong personality. It gives hints of undergrowth, cocoa and vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and elegant.

It is excellent for meditation or with chocolate-based desserts.
