Description
The Château Petit Mouta Cuvée Beausoleil comes to life from the highly reputed terroir of Graves de Bordeaux, characterized by its typical gravelly soil, and keeps its name high.
Obtained from a classic Bordeaux blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, it is the result of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30-35 ° C for 20-25 days. The wine ages for 12 months in steel and in new oak barrels.
Bright ruby red in color, it has an intense aroma of red fruits with signs of maturity on the nose. The attack is clean and fruity, with a balanced and oily taste, velvety tannins and a very persistent finish.
It goes well with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
