Toscana Rosso IGT La Historia di Italia 2020 Guicciardini

The La Historia of the Conte Guicciardini company is made with Merlot grapes in purity and recalls the work of Guicciardini entitled 'Historia of Italy'.

A happy homage that results from a careful vinification carried out with fermentation in vats at a controlled temperature and maceration of 18-20 days. The wine ages in vats before refining in barrique for 12 months and in bottle for at least 4 months.

Intense ruby red, it has hints of plum, wild herbs and light citrus and spicy touches on the nose. Elegant and with a well-balanced body, it is a harmonious and intriguing wine, with soft tannins and great structure. Offers a long finish with ripe fruit and balsamic notes.

Ideal wine for roasts and game dishes, it also goes well with grilled mushrooms and truffle-based first courses.
