Jamaica Rum 2002 Plantation
Description
Plantation Rum Jamaica is produced on the island of Jamaica from sugar cane molasses. After a distillation in pot still copper alembic still, this rum ages in ex-bourbon barrels, to then complete its aging in cask, at the Château de Bonbonnet, in France.
Golden in color with amber reflections, Plantation's Rum Jamaica opens to the nose with an intense and complex bouquet, with aromas of fresh fruit and earthy notes. In the mouth it proves powerful and character, with fruity hints of peach, banana, plum and walnuts, well integrated with sensations of cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, cloves and vanilla.
Perfect to taste in moments of meditation, this rum is ideal in the company of a good cigar.
