Description
The Riesling Dornleiten of Nigl originates from the vineyards located in the Austrian Kremstal region.
It is obtained from Riesling Renano in purity, in its Austrian expression. The vinification takes place traditionally in white, exclusively in steel, in order to preserve the characteristics of fruit and freshness.
It is straw yellow in color. A bouquet reminiscent of apple, peach and aromatic herbs, introduces to the tasting revealing a juicy, tasty and fresh wine. It closes in a persistence of great elegance.
Ideal in combination with vegetarian dishes and seafood. Perfect to accompany a Parmesan soufflé and asparagus.
