Vino Spumante di Qualità Cuvée Brut Rosso Metodo Classico 2016 Francesco Bellei

The Spumante Cuvèe Brut Rosso by Francesco Bellei was born in Cristo di Sorbara, in the Modena municipality of Bomporto.

Fruit of a limited production from the quantitative point of view, this sparkling wine is produced exclusively with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. Bellei sparkling wines are the result of the search for excellence in the production of the Classic Method.

It is characterized by a pale ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of strawberry and blackberry, accompanied by an elegant violet fragrance. The foam is colorful and compact, the perlage is fine and persistent. In the mouth it is fresh and slightly tannic. Full-bodied, it is surprising for its immense softness.

Perfect to accompany tortellini and other Emilian first courses, it is also excellent with cold cuts. It also goes well with cheeses and dry pastries. Special with zampone and cotechino. A wine for the whole meal!
