Description

The Lambrusco di Sorbara Dry Founder of Cleto Chiarli was born in the heart of the production area of the DOC wines of Emilia Romagna.

It is produced from Lambrusco and Sorbara grapes all harvested and carefully selected by expert hands. The natural fermentation takes place in the bottle, then the wine ages for about 6 months.

The Lambrusco di Sorbara Fondatore Secco is characterized by a bright light yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of ripe red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and sapid. This Lambrusco is endowed with an evanescent and fine puma.

It is excellent to combine with tortellini with meat sauce or tagliatelle with speck and mushrooms, it is ideal if served with stewed meat dishes typical of the Emilia region.
