Description
The French red wine Les Coteaux by Château Belles Eaux comes from vineyards located in the Hérault, in the municipality of Caux, in Languedoc.
It consists of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre grapes, which are vinified in steel and cement tanks with maceration on the skins that lasts 30-40 hours. Subsequently the wine ages in French oak barriques for 15 months.
Intense ruby red in color, it reveals hints of red fruits, spices and wild herbs on the nose. The sip is fresh and round, with a discreet persistence.
It is excellent with grilled meats and stewed pheasant.
