Description

Leukotea was born in the vineyards of Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo, owned by Cantine Lunae, in the province of La Spezia.

Obtained from a skilful blend of Vermentino, Albarola, Greco and Malvasia grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand, this wine vinifies white in stainless steel tanks and then refines in them until February. A short period of stabilization in glass follows before being placed on the market.

Lunae's Leukotea shows an intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose offers an elegant and lively aroma of ripe fruit and Mediterranean scrub, well reached in the finish by volcanic sensations of petra flint. In the mouth it shows good character and excellent general harmony, well supported by a bewitching freshness and an interesting flavor.

To be drunk in the first year of life, this white goes well with fish or vegetable dishes. It is also ideal for an aperitif.
