Lugana DOC Santa Cristina 2019 Zenato

The Lugana Santa Cristina di Zenato is obtained from the Trebbiano di Lugana grapes harvested in the company's historic vineyard, Podere Massoni.

The harvest, carried out in the last decade of September, is followed by a soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in the same containers for 4-5 months and for another 2-3 months in the bottle before being marketed.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and refined, with floral notes of hawthorn reached by surprisingly delicate citrus touches. Mineral and balanced on the palate, it strikes from the first moments for its elegant softness.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is indicated for escorting white meats and refined recipes based on lake fish.
