Description

The Torrontés Classic Reserva by Alta Vista is born in vineyards located in Mendoza, the most important wine-growing area in Argentina.

It is produced exclusively with Torrontés grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with a rapid maceration in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is refined and rests for a short period in steel before being bottled.

It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with inviting aromas of white rose, enriched by pleasant fruity hints of pear and grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, pleasantly mineral.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany fish dishes and sushi. Ideal in combination with traditional dishes of Argentine cuisine.
