Description
Malbec di Manos Negras is born in vineyards located in the magical Uvo Valley, in the heart of the Argentine region of Mendoza, known for the production of wines of great value.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C for about 28 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 12 months, before being bottled.
This Malbec is characterized by an intense red color. The nose opens with hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant violet aromas. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly soft, with a balanced body and a persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
