Description
The Maremma Toscana Maremmante of Poggio Argenteria was born in the vineyards located in the municipality of Scansano.
It is produced 50% with Syrah grapes and 50% with Alicante grapes. The must ferments in wooden vats at controlled temperature and then the wine ages in oak barriques, before being bottled.
The Maremmante is characterized by an impenetrable black color. The nose opens with hints of herbs, enriched with pleasant notes of licorice and pepper. On the palate it is pleasantly balanced, with aromas of coffee and black fruits.
Perfect to accompany soups, it is ideal in combination with vegetables and legumes.
