Description

Saint Clair's Marlborough Origin Sauvignon Blanc is born in vineyards located in Dillons Point and in the regions south of the Wairau Valley, in New Zealand.

It is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature with selected yeasts.

Straw yellow in color with green reflections, it offers the nose aromas of passion fruit and black currant leaves, enriched by elegant mineral sensations. On the palate it is full and savory, with a pleasantly persistent pink grapefruit finish.

This white wine is ideal in combination with all fish dishes.
