Varietal wine that enhances the character of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape and its peculiar characteristics developed in the regions of Maipú and Santa Rosa, in the Argentine district of Mendoza.

A manual harvest, with careful selection of the best grapes, precedes a vinification that takes place traditionally in steel containers, with a maceration period of 10 days. A brief aging in wood follows, aimed exclusively at enhancing its unique characteristics.

Ruby red with purple reflections, it gives the nose fresh aromas of cherry and blackberry accompanied by delicate spicy references. The sip is balanced, with sweet tannins that integrate perfectly with its gritty freshness.

Suitable in combination with savory first courses seasoned with meat sauce, it is the ideal companion for all red meats.
