Description
Achaval Ferrer's Malbec is born in vineyards located in the areas of Perdriel, Medrano and Valle de Uco.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes, pressed and subsequently fermented for up to 4 days in concrete vats. The second fermentation and aging are held in French oak barriques for 9 months.
It is characterized by an intense purple red color. The nose opens with aromas of violet, cassis and blueberries. The sip is full and soft, with a persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, baked pasta and aged cheeses.
