Description
The Malbec Gran Riserva Alegorìa by Navarro Correas is born in vineyards located in the localities of Tupungato, Tunuyán, Altamira, Gualtallary, La Consulta, Vista Flores (Valle de Uco) and Agrelo and Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo).
After vinification in thermo-regulated steel tanks, the wine ages 15 months in new French oak barrels.
In the glass the wine has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose reveals aromas of violet, red and black fruits, plums, blackberries and figs, with notes of licorice, cinnamon and cloves. The sip is structured, with round tannins and a persistent finish.
To be combined with red meats and game both roasted and stewed, as well as with aged cheeses.
