Description
Bodega Rolland's Pinot Noir Mariflor is born in vineyards located in the Valle de Uco, in the Mendoza region. La Bodega belongs to the famous French winemaker Michel Rolland.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it is refined for 14 months.
It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of plum and black cherry, vanilla and licorice. The taste is fresh and full, with elegant tannins and a long finish.
Perfect to accompany stewed red meats, savory first courses and aged cheeses.
