Description
The Mendoza Malbec from the Reserva Septima Obra line by Septima was born in vineyards located on the gentle slopes of the wonderful Andes, in the famous Tupungato Valley, in the heart of the Mendoza region.
It is produced with 100% Malbec grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 10-12 months in American oak barriques before being bottled.
It has an intense ruby red colour. The nose opens with intense and elegant aromas of cherry, enriched by pleasant notes of violet. On the palate it is a full-bodied, fresh and soft wine.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, this wine is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
