The grapes for Pinot Noir are sourced primarily from the finest vineyards in the Central Coast and Monterey regions, where warm days and cool nights provide ideal conditions for the grapes to ripen, thus developing complex flavors and deep, concentrated color.
The 2019 Pinot Noir has a deep, rich ruby color and opens with aromas of blueberry, boysenberry, red fruit, leather and baking spice. Complex blueberry and boysenberry flavors follow, with a hint of vanilla and baking spice on the palate.
