Mendoza IG San Felipe Cabernet Sauvignon Roble 2014 Bodega La Rural

Bodega La Rural's Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon Roble San Felipe was born in vineyards located in the Argentine department of Maipu, in the heart of the renowned wine region of Mendoza.

It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 9 months in stainless steel containers with American oak staves.

It has a ruby red color with shades tending to brick color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of red fruits, enriched with notes of mint and vanilla. On the palate it is characterized by a good balance and strong tannins, with a pleasant and persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with roasts and stewed meats, this wine is perfect to accompany grilled red meats.
