Description
The Merlot del Veneto Novello di Fabiano is a light and fruity wine conceived for young consumption, obtained only from Merlot grapes.
The grapes are harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October. The must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins.
Ruby red in color, it reveals fresh aromas to the nose reminiscent of red fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and fruity.
It goes well with grilled meats, roasts and soups.
