Description
Monferrato Novello di Terredavino is produced with Barbera, Dolcetto and Freisa grapes from three different areas of Monferrato, each suited to the specific grape variety.
It is produced by carbonic maceration: the bunches, just picked, are left to macerate whole. A drinkable wine is obtained, with marked floral and fruity aromas.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections, it releases a fragrant and intense aroma of strawberry, raspberry, currant and rose. In the mouth it is vinous, fresh and pleasantly fruity.
Excellent with appetizers and light first courses.
