Description
Montefalco Sagrantino Collepiano di Arnaldo Caprai was born in vineyards located in the lands of Montefalco in Umbria, from a company that is continuously developing to create wines with great personality and typicality.
It is produced exclusively with Sagrantino grapes. This wine ages for about 22 months in barriques, and for a further 6 months in bottle.
Collepiano is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet with hints of blackberry, vanilla, pepper and clove. On the palate it is powerful and elegant with a great tannin.
Perfect to accompany roasts and game, it is ideal in combination with stewed meats.
