Description
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo di Cirelli comes from vineyards located in the province of Teramo, in Abruzzo, cultivated according to a method of organic agriculture.
It consists of 100% Montepulciano grapes, cultivated with respect for the environment and vinified in the enhancement of the territorial expression. For this reason, indigenous yeasts naturally present on the skins are used and the refinement takes place inside steel containers for a period of about 6 months. A final month of bottle aging makes the wine ready for marketing.
The sight is dark ruby red. The olfactory profile is divided into hints of red fruit, both fresh and in jam. In the mouth it reveals a great charm made of balance, freshness and soft stroke, confirmed by the enveloping tannin. Excellent persistence in its fruity character.
To be combined with a rack of lamb in the oven.
