Description

It is a Chardonnay of Burgundy that comes from some of the particles, properties of the Domaine Prieur, with the best exposure, within the Grand Cru Montrachet.

It consists of 100% Chardonnay grapes from a 0.59 hectare vineyard. The grapes are harvested by hand, then softly pressed and fermented in wood. Refine for 21 months in oak barrels.

Golden yellow and bright, at sight. The perfume is composed of yellow fruit and white flowers, in a framework of elegant elegance. Fresh, tasty and still elegant, even in the sip, where a full body gives solidity. It persists in the sign of flavor.

Excellent to accompany a plate of tagliatelle with prawns and artichokes.
