Description

Moscato Bianco Estella was born in the hilly area north of the province of Taranto, in the vineyards of the fantastic Apulian company San Marzano.

Produced exclusively with Fiano grapes, carefully harvested by hand during the first week of September and frozen for 24 hours, this wine carries out alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 11 ° C. After a period of aging in steel, the product is finally bottled and put on the market.

Moscato Estella di San Marzano has a straw yellow color, accompanied by bright green reflections. The nose opens with fragrant floral and honeyed notes, combined with hints of exotic fruit, for a fresh and enveloping aromatic component. In the mouth it wraps with an excellent acidity and an enchanting overall harmony.

To be consumed in the first 2 years of life, this Moscato is perfect for seafood: appetizers, raw shellfish, first courses not too elaborate ... Wine from all fish.
