Description

Dr. Loosen's Riesling is produced from the vineyards of the estate, located in the Moselle, an area famous all over the world for its extraordinary vocation for the production of Riesling Renano.

Composed of pure Riesling Renano grapes, carefully selected during the manual harvest phase, this wine ferments and refines exclusively in steel in order to fully preserve the freshness of the fruit.

It has a straw yellow color, enlivened by greenish reflections. The bouquet plays on fruity tones of apple and peach, with an aromatic herbaceous stamp, and is inserted on a mineral background of great interest. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid; closes confirming the fruity character.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to vegetables or appetizers, this white goes well with a smoked trout fillet.
