Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine AOC Sur Lie Les Houx 2018 Jo Landron

Jo Landron's Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie Les Houx was born in organic and biodynamic vineyards located in La Haie-Fouassière, in the famous French wine region of the Loire Valley.

It is produced with 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in vitrified cement tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C for 15-22 days. Subsequently the wine ages on its lees for 12-14 months before being bottled.

It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with evident citrus and floral hints, accompanied by a pleasant mineral note. On the palate it is complex and structured, characterized by a vibrant acidity.

This white wine is ideal in combination with seafood dishes and shellfish.
