Description

The Adelseck Riesling Alte Reben was born in the Nahe wine region, an authentic jewel in southwestern Germany.

It is produced with pure Riesling grapes, a white grape variety originating in Germany, manually harvested and selected in the cellar at the beginning of November. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at low temperature, after which the wine ages in the same containers for a few months. Refine in glass for a long period, before being put on the market.

The Relsling Alte Reben by Adelseck has a straw yellow color. The nose bears fruity notes of peach, apricot, with floral background sensations. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh, with a good body that accompanies a persistent and aromatic finish.

To be enjoyed immediately or after a few years, it is perfect with not too elaborate appetizers and first courses, vegetables and fish dishes.
