Nahe QBA Riesling Trocken 2015 Adelseck Weinhaus

Adelseck's Riesling Trocken was born in the Nahe wine region, an authentic jewel in southwestern Germany.

It is produced with pure Riesling grapes, a white grape variety originating in Germany, manually harvested and selected in the cellar at the beginning of November. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at low temperature, after which the wine ages in the same containers for a few months.

Adelseck's Riesling Trocken has a pale straw yellow color. The nose brings a very characteristic aroma of the grape, with floral sensations that blend well with mineral background notes. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh, with a good body that accompanies a persistent and aromatic finish.

To be drunk immediately, this Riesling accompanies sushi and fish dishes beautifully. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
