Description
Nord Bionda is a top-fermented beer and represents one of the flagships of the Gjiulia brewery.
This beer shows a beautiful blonde hue that surprises with its absolute clarity. The nose immediately reaches a sweet malty perfume, well accompanied by citrus and floral notes. In the mouth it is light-bodied and very fresh thanks to the sweet hints of malt which mix well with light hoppy notes.
Nord Bionda goes perfectly with fresh cheeses and white meats. Intriguing the combination with shellfish.
