Description

Numanthia Tinta de Toro di Numanthia is born in vineyards located in the semi-arid region of Toro. Despite the difficult weather conditions, the winery manages to produce intense and aroma-rich wines, perfectly representing the Spanish terroir.

It is produced exclusively with Tinta de Toro grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C for about 9 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 18 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by an intense red color, with ruby reflections. The nose opens with a rich bouquet, with hints of black fruits, particularly of black currant, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of black pepper and cloves. On the palate it is intense, pleasantly robust and lively. The wine has ripe tannins and a spicy finish.

Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
