Description

The Offida Pecorino di Primafonte was born in vineyards located in the province of Ascoli Piceno.

It is produced with 100% Pecorino grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers, before being bottled.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a pleasant and characteristic bouquet, with hints of white flowers, anise and sage. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with an aftertaste of beautiful persistence.

Ideal to combine with seafood and shellfish, it is perfect for white meats and soups.
