Description

The Red Rhino brand was born from the collaboration between the Linton Park winery, located in the South African valley of Wellington, and the "Save the rhino" association. 10% of the proceeds from the sale of the bottles is donated to the protection of the African prairie rhino, an animal at risk of extinction.

It consists of pure Shiraz grapes, a red berry variety symbol of South African viticulture. Once harvested, the grapes are vinified using only steel containers, so as to preserve the fragrance of the fruit and maximize its varietal expression.

It is intense ruby red, at sight. It is defined with a fruity olfactory profile of strawberry, red berries and raspberries, with a spicy and toasted background reminiscent of cinnamon and cocoa. On the palate it shows an evident fresh trait, inserted on a structured and soft body. It closes in a finish of crunchy red fruit, very persistent.

Perfect to combine with an arrabbiata pasta.
