Description
The 45 Rugientes red wine by Bodega Otronia comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located in Patagonia, in the Sarmiento area.
Only 50% of the grapes are destemmed and vinified with carbonic maceration in concrete vats. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 14 months
It has a light ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is expressed with aromas of cherries and strawberries, spicy and mineral notes. The sip is dry and moderately structured, with an elegant finish.
To be combined with cold cuts appetizers, stewed and grilled red meats.
