Description
Pinot Noir Reservado Newen comes from Patagonia, one of the most suitable wine-growing areas in Argentina.
Ferment with maceration on the skins for 20 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, it ages for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Bright ruby red wine, it offers persuasive aromas of red fruit with strong hints of black cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is elegant, pleasant and persistent, with soft tannins.
Ideal for escorting a roasted duck, it is the perfect complement to game dishes and aged cheese boards.
