Description

Familia Schroeder's Pinot Noir Saurus is a red wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located in Patagonia, Argentina. This region is known for its cool climate, perfect for growing grapes that express finesse and delicacy, such as Pinot Noir.

The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh aromas of the grapes. Afterwards, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a short period, giving the wine greater complexity without covering the typical fruity notes of Pinot Noir.

On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry emerge, along with delicate floral nuances and a touch of sweet spices. On the palate it is a light but well-structured wine, with soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that contributes to a long and refreshing finish.

It pairs perfectly with white meat dishes, such as roast chicken or duck, or with more structured fish dishes.
