Description
The Syrah Octave of Domaine Sainte-Cécile comes from grapes grown in vineyards of Languedoc-Rousillon, in the south of France.
The pure Syrah grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must is vinified in thermoregulated vats.
Deep purple red in color, strawberry aromas with mentholated notes are noticeable on the nose. The sip is dry and round, with soft tannins.
Excellent with baked pasta and red meats.
