Description
The Viognier Symphonie of Domaine Sainte-Cécile comes from grapes grown in vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon.
The pure Viognier grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The must is vinified in thermoregulated vats and subsequently aged on the fine lees for 20-30 days.
Brilliant straw yellow in colour, the nose reveals aromas of yellow fruit and orange jam.
Excellent with savory dishes based on fish and white meats.
