Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Peated GlenDronach
Description
The peated scotch whiskey from the GlenDronach distillery is a peaty whiskey born in Huntley, a Scottish town located in the eastern part of the Highlands. In tasting it tells of its passage first in barrels previously used for the aging of Bourrbon and finally in ex-Sherry Oloroso and Pedro Xímenez barrels.
Bright golden in color, it offers an intriguing bouquet made of honey, peat and heather, with hints of vanilla and raisins. The taste is creamy and complex, with references of peat and then floral hints, butter and dried fruit. Closes on a finish of oak and vanilla.
It is perfect to serve on ice or diluted with a few drops of water.
