Pink Gin Kimerud

Pink Gin is produced by the Kimerud distillery in Norway. The botanicals for the gin are collected directly in the Kimerud Farm garden between May and September.

The alcohol is distilled 5 times, and at the end of the distillation, a maceration process follows in which the raspberries and red fruits rest for about 10 days in the alcohol. Following this, a very light quantity of sugar is added, to give the distillate a delicate but sweet balance. This pink Gin contains no less than 23 botanicals.

Perfect to be savored pure, it is excellent in the creation of classic and experimental gin-based cocktails.
