Olivier Leflaive's Pommard 1er Cru Epenots is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from one of the most renowned terroirs of the appellation, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a longstanding winemaking tradition. The vineyards, favorably situated and carefully cultivated, yield grapes of great concentration and quality.

The winemaking process includes destemming the grapes and fermenting them in open vats, followed by extended aging in oak barrels, which helps to develop complexity and finesse.

On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of dried flowers and ripe fruit, while on the palate it is harmonious and structured, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances its richness.
