La Blanche of Dubuisson
La Blanche is produced by the Belgian Dubuisson brewery, the oldest brewery in Wallonia, founded by Joseph Leroy, ancestor of the current owner, in 1769. The brewery is located in Pipaix, province of Hainaut.
How is Blanche produced?
This top-fermented, unfiltered beer is brewed with a blend of barley malt and unmalted wheat. At the end of the boiling, spices and lemon peel are added.
Sight, nose, eye and palate
La Blanche is a Witbier, a blonde beer which on the nose reveals aromas of lemon peel and citrus spices. Its taste is light and refreshing.
