Description

Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato The Boss di Ferro 13 comes from vineyards located on the hills of the Marca Trevigiana, north of Treviso.

It is mainly produced with Glera grapes and with other white berried grapes, harvested in different periods, between September and October, so as to obtain a wide range of aromas and sensations. After the classic white winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place by re-fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, for 50-70 days.

The Prosecco Extra Dry The Boss di Ferro 13 is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of yellow fruit, enriched with floral notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and balanced.

Perfect as an aperitif, this prosecco is also excellent throughout the meal.
