Description

The Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry of Villa Chiopris was born in the vineyards with gravel soils of the company, in the heart of Friuli.

This sparkling wine is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested by hand with a selection of the best grapes. Following the cleaning of the must by cold settling, the wine is left to ferment at low temperature. Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at a controlled temperature, according to the Martinotti method.

The Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry from Villa Chiopris has a pale straw yellow color. The nose offers a simple but fine and elegant perfume, with floral outline notes. In the mouth it is easy to perceive a good fruity, vaguely aromatic and extremely lively.

It goes very well with light appetizers and unprocessed fish dishes. Perfect for the aperitif moment.
