Description
The Prosecco Extra Dry Rosé Leone Zonin Collection comes from the best grapes of Glera and Pinot Noir (vinified in red), coming from the same harvest.
As with white Prosecco, also in this case the sparkling wine is made with the Charmat method, for a duration of 60 days.
The result is a sparkling wine of great intensity, perfectly balanced on the palate, in harmony between the tantalizing and fruity notes of red currant and rennet apple and a full and soft taste on the palate.
An excellent aperitif, and a surprisingly versatile sparkling wine, also perfect for the whole meal, from appetizers to seafood dishes through to sushi and crudité.
