Description

Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato Refosso was born in the vineyards of the Zardetto company, located within the famous DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, carefully selected and harvested manually in the first half of September. Winemaking follows the Charmat or Martinotti method as tradition.

It has a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers a very pleasant fruity bouquet, with notes of berries and typical aromas of apple and pear, with fragrant touches of bread crust. Fruity sensations return to the mouth, well accompanied by a soft final effervescence.

Perfect for light sea and land appetizers, it goes perfectly with the aperitif moment. Also try with sushi.
