Description
The Pinot Nero Bertone of Conte Vistarino is born in vineyards located on the Rocca de 'Giorgi estate, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Vinification takes place traditionally in red at controlled temperature.
It has a bright ruby red color. The nose brings pleasant and intense aromas of orange jam. On the palate it is delicate and elegant, with sweet tannins.
Excellent in combination with pasta and red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
