Description
The Appassimento Aprimondo red wine was born on the low hills of Puglia.
The Negroamaro, Merlot and Malvasia Nera grapes are dried in the loft for a few weeks. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Ruby red in color with violet reflections, it expresses aromas of ripe red fruit and jam on the nose. The sip is rich and concentrated, with a pleasant finish.
Excellent with pasta with meat sauce and red meats.
